After being unanimously approved in the plenary session of the House of Representatives on Thursday (7/12) yesterday, Air Force Chief of Staff (HSA) Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto was officially inaugurated by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) as TNI Commander in place of General Gatot Nurmantyo at the State Palace, Jakarta, Friday (8/12) afternoon.
The inauguration ceremony begins with the singing of the national anthem of Indonesia Raya, followed by the reading of Presidential Decree No. 83 / TNI / 2017 on the Dismissal and Appointment of the TNI Commander by the Presidential Military Secretary, the embarkation of rank and rank by the President, and the taking of the oath which reads:
“By Allah I swear, that I am to be appointed to this office, whether directly or indirectly, by any appearance or pretext for not giving or accepting will give anything to anyone.
